EACH WEEK WE ASK THAT YOU:
LEADER ROLES:

Lead a group of students through a series of small group questions(provided) each week during small group time(30 minutes).
Contact your small group of students (usually text) during the week to encourage them to come each week, bring their bibles and invite friends to services!

Enter new students information into our database.
Explain how the night is structured.
Show them the location where the New Student Orientation Group will meet at 8pm. Courtney Yates will be leading this group each week.
Give new students a stamp and check them in after completing #1.
Register all adult visitors and give them a guest lanyard for the night (Lanyards will need to be returned at the end of the night)

Ensure every student is successfully checked in
After checking them in, stamp their hand for security purposes.
Welcome first-time guests and walk them to the VIP tent.
Ensure all adult guests are lead to the VIP tent to check-in.

Smile and wave to greet students/parents.
Direct traffic flow to ensure a safe drop off/pick up process.
Work in the parking lot (6:15pm – 6:45pm and 8:20pm – 8:50pm)
At 8:50 pick up the cones/signs and bring them inside

Keep inventory stocked in bins with backstock.
Operate Square card readers for all purchases.
Assist with Snack, Pizza and Merch purchases.
Count money and organize profits.
For tear down:
Do a quick inventory and send a text to Kristi (817-851-8898) if we are out of anything.
Drain water from the cooler and dry it out.
Fold up the tables and put items back on rolling shelves.
Ask security to escort you to turn in cash bag.

Walk around and make sure students aren't where they are not supposed to be.
Check bathrooms for students hanging out.
Engage with all students and keep a look out specifically for the ones that are by themselves.
Fill in other roles as needed.
