  1. How long have you been at Compass?  
    10 years

  2. What drew you to the Guest Experience Team?

    • I love Compass and serving on this team because it is the best opportunity for me to share with others why I think Compass is such an awesome church.

  3. Why do you like being part of this team?

    • Simple… The people. Everyone is there with a common purpose to share the mission of Compass and give people a great first impression. The team is all about that.

  4. If you had one piece of advice for someone new to the team, what would it be?

    • Ask questions, find the spot that allows them to be authentic and put their talents forward in the best possible place.

  5. Favorite verse:
